I spent years in the new age — not as a seeker on the sidelines, but as a healer, a space holder, a holistic therapist. I gave everything I had to every practice, every modality, every version of spirituality that promised peace. None of it delivered. None of it filled the hole.
When Jesus found me, I had no mentor. No one who knew the pain, the confusion, and the doubt I was carrying. I had no idea what true freedom even felt like. I had to walk that road alone — and yet, looking back, I know I was never truly alone. Jesus was with me every step of the way.
I believe with my whole heart that the journey could have been shorter, lighter, and less painful if I’d had someone to walk beside me. That’s why I do what I do. It’s not a program. It’s a calling. It’s a legacy.
The path I walked — every wound, every wrong turn, every moment of doubt — that was the exact blueprint God needed me to have. So I could understand what you’re carrying. So I could walk with you through it.
None of what I do is powered by me. It’s all Him. His power. His glory. His might. His Spirit. I am only a vessel.

By week 8, something had quietly shifted. The daily panic attacks were gone. I started catching my negative self-talk and meeting myself with gentleness instead. I felt more confident in God — speaking up in church, encouraging other women, actually showing up. I was allowing myself to feel emotions without judging them, and somehow I felt lighter because of it. The overthinking that used to swallow me whole? I was catching it faster. Letting go of the past became less of a battle. I started setting boundaries — small ones, real ones — and I was learning to act instead of react. Something was shifting in my heart too. I was sharing jealousy instead of hiding it. Eating well. Reading the Word every morning. Feeling genuinely closer to the Lord — more grateful, more joyful, more willing to share my faith with others. I didn’t expect 8 weeks to change this much. But He is faithful.
Chiara Week 8 · His DaughtersBy week 6, peace had found me — even in the middle of chaos and uncertainty. I chose to forgive a person who had hurt me. I let go of the resentment I had been carrying, and something in me became softer because of it. My relationship with God stopped feeling distant. It became real. Personal. I found myself standing stronger in my identity in Christ — more grounded, less shaken by the noise around me. Even my voice grew — I became more confident expressing myself, stepping into who He made me to be. But what surprised me most was what happened in my heart toward others. I began to feel a deeper love and compassion — a kindness that felt genuine, not performed. I became more attentive. More present. I found joy in small gestures, in serving, in bringing a little happiness to the people around me. Something shifted in how I see people. I started to see God in the person in front of me. And I began to treat others as if I were treating Him — with love and honour, no matter who they are. I feel humble. Grateful. Content. At peace.
